Emergency Medical Care: In any kind of emergency medical situation we will use all of our networking partnerships to connect people to appropriate care, use our influence to ensure quality care, follow up to make sure instructions for care can be successful and problem solve solutions to barriers to success, if needed we will use funds from the Medical Fund.
Emergency Medical Fund: Funds for any expense we feel is crucial for successful care of the patient. Prescriptions, fees for doctor visit, tests, transportation to get to an appointment etc.
Ongoing Care: Individuals whose treatment plans are long term and need continued treatment, evaluation and encouragement.
